Guide to the use and maintenance of the sewing applicator
The sewing glue gun is a key tool for the construction of the sewing machine, and mastering its correct use and maintenance measures can make the sewing work twice the result with half the effort.
When using the sewing applicator, first pull the applicator pusher to the rear, open the butterfly clip at the end of the glue gun, load the sewing agent into the glue gun, ensure that the bottom of the sewing agent fits the push rod, and then close the butterfly clip to fix. Then, use a utility knife to cut the front outlet of the sewing agent, adjust the size of the opening according to the width of the gap, and install the nozzle on the sewing agent. During construction, hold the handle of the glue gun with one hand and the front end of the glue gun with the other hand, keep the glue gun at a 45-degree angle to the gap, and push the glue gun push rod at a uniform speed to let the sewing agent evenly fill the gap. After the filling is completed, the sewing agent is compacted and scraped flat in time with a seam pressing tool.
In terms of maintenance, the applicator should be cleaned immediately after each use. If the sewing agent is not used up, the glue gun push rod should be returned, and the sewing agent should be removed and stored properly; If it has been used, remove any remaining sewing agent from the applicator. For stubborn stains, wipe them with alcohol or a special cleaner. In addition, regularly apply lubricating oil to the moving parts of the applicator to prevent rust and jamming, avoid squeezing during storage, and keep the applicator dry, which can effectively prolong its service life.
