Screw Air Compressor
During the rotation of the rotors, the tooth groove space of the male and female rotors reaches the opening of the intake end wall, maximizing the space and connecting with the intake port. Due to the vacuum state in the tooth groove after exhaust, external gas is drawn in and enters the tooth groove of the male and female rotors along the axial direction. When the tooth groove is filled with gas, the rotor's intake side end face moves away from the machine housing's intake port, sealing the gas, thus completing the intake process.

The motor of a power frequency screw compressor operates at a fixed speed, converting three-phase alternating current into direct current, with control completed by a controller. Its output pressure and flow rate are both fixed, and the output of the compressor is typically controlled by adjusting the inlet guide vanes or an unloading device to limit the amount of compressed air.
