Compressed air is air that is pressurised to greater than atmospheric pressure. It is exactly the same as the air that you breathe only it has been forced to a smaller volume and kept under pressure. Air is made up of 78% nitrogen, 20-21% oxygen and around 1-2% of other gases as well as water vapour.

High-pressure Gas Tanks
Mainly used for storing various gases, it can not only stabilize the system pressure and regulate the balance between gas supply and demand but also provide a certain amount of emergency gas reserves in case of gas source failures. For example, when there is a sudden interruption in urban gas supply, the gas stored in high-pressure gas storage tanks can maintain the basic domestic gas consumption of residents.
Refrigeration Dryer
The heat exchange between the refrigerant and the compressed air is used to reduce the temperature of the compressed air to the dew point temperature in the range of 2~10 °C, so that most of the water vapor is cooled and condensed into liquid water and discharged out of the machine, so that the compressed air can be dried.
5P Direct-coupled Air Compressor
The motor directly drives the compressor main unit through the coupling, and the air enters the cylinder through the intake valve, is compressed and sent to the air storage tank. When the air pressure in the tank reaches the set upper limit, the pressure switch will automatically cut off the power supply and the motor will be shut down; When the air pressure drops to the lower limit, the motor restarts and continues to supply air. The safety valve prevents the system from overpressurizing and ensures safety.
Air-cooled Piston Machine
The horizontal motor operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the motor is powered, the coils in the stator generate a magnetic field, which induces an electric current in the conductors of the rotor, producing torque that causes the rotor to start rotating. The rotational speed of the rotor depends on the power supply voltage and frequency of the motor, as well as the size and nature of the load.

5P Direct-coupled Air Compressor
Motor: Drives compressor to 5 hp (approx. 3.75kW), typically three-phase asynchronous motor, accommodating industrial voltages (e.g. 380V)
Compressor host: Mostly piston type or screw type structure (common piston type), through the piston reciprocating motion or screw meshing compressed air
Coupling: Directly connect the motor and the main engine to transmit power, ensure coaxiality and reduce transmission loss
Air Tank: Stores compressed air and stabilizes air pressure, and the capacity is usually 20~100L
