How it works
The heat exchange between the refrigerant and the compressed air is used to reduce the temperature of the compressed air to the dew point temperature in the range of 2~10 °C, so that most of the water vapor is cooled and condensed into liquid water and discharged out of the machine, so that the compressed air can be dried.
Four major components
Refrigeration compressor:
It is the heart of the refrigeration system, which compresses the refrigerant gas at low temperature and low pressure into the refrigerant gas at high temperature and high pressure, and finally discharges it from the exhaust pipe
Condenser:
The function is to cool the high-pressure, superheated refrigerant vapor discharged from the refrigerant compressor into a liquid refrigerant, and its heat is taken away by the cooling water or cooling air, so that the refrigeration process can be carried out continuously
Evaporator:
It is the main heat exchange part of the refrigeration dryer, the compressed air is forced to cool in the evaporator, and the water in it is condensed into liquid water and discharged out of the machine. The low-pressure refrigerant liquid is transformed into low-pressure refrigerant vapor in the evaporator, which absorbs the surrounding heat during the phase change process and cools the compressed air
Expansion valve:
The thermodynamic expansion valve (capillary) is the throttling mechanism of the refrigeration system. In the refrigeration dryer, the supply of the evaporator refrigerant and its regulator are realized by means of a throttling mechanism. The throttling mechanism allows the refrigeration to enter the evaporator from the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid
Precautions for use
Installation environment:
Do not place in the sun, rain, wind or places with relative humidity greater than 85%, do not place in dusty, corrosive or flammable gas environments, do not place in places with vibration, condensate and freezing hazards, do not be too close to the wall, and should be used below the ambient temperature of 40 °C

Pipeline connection:
Do not connect the inlet of compressed air wrongly, ensure the maintenance space, set up a bypass pipeline to prevent the vibration of the air compressor from being transmitted to the dryer, and do not add the weight of the piping directly to the dryer

Do not stand up, do not discount or flatten

Maintenance:
The vent of the dryer should be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner once a month, turned on the power supply, and then turned on the compressed air after the operation state is stable. After stopping, you must wait more than 3 minutes before starting again. If you use an automatic drain, you should always check whether its drainage function is normal, clean the dust on the condenser frequently, check the pressure of the refrigerant frequently, judge whether the refrigerant is leaking and whether the capacity of the freezer has changed, and check whether the temperature of the condensate is normal

Q: What are the possible reasons why the vacuum level does not reach the set value?
A: The vacuum sealing ring is aging, the vacuum pump oil is insufficient or contaminated, and the freeze-drying warehouse door is not closed tightly.
Q: If the temperature of the shelf is uneven and deviates by more than 5°C, what parts should I check from?
A:Check for localized damage to the heating tube, offset temperature control sensors, or abnormal circulating pump flow.
